Hotel Sales Manager (Limited Service)

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the San Diego/North San Diego market.

The Sales Manager is responsible to the General Manager for the efficient and effective operation of the sales efforts of one or more hotels. He/she identifies, organizes, maintains and executes property sales and marketing efforts in order to meet or exceed hotel revenue goals as outlined in hotel(s) budget(s).

Support and guidance is available from the Corporate Sales Team.

Job Requirements:
This position requires an outgoing, organized, self-motivated professional. Success depends on an ability to connect with and develop relationships with decision makers. Must remain motivated and focused, and not be intimidated to ask for the business.

The ideal candidate will have at least two year of experience in sales--preferably of limited-service hotels. Knowledge of this market helpful. Must be adept at Word, Excel and have some experience with a PMS. Associate or bachelors degree desirable.
